Returns and Exchanges are easy at Barry’s Menswear

If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Please save your emailed purchase receipt as you will need to print this to accompany your return or exchange.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card.

We will email you when we receive your return or exchange.

Please allow 10 business days for processing your return once we receive it.

Returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. The Seller is not responsible for any missing or damaged package beyond our control, so we recommend you use a method that would provide tracking and insurance options (e.g. USPS priority or UPS ground).

How to Exchange

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason,

We would appreciate the opportunity to help you find a replacement product whether you need a different size, different fitting brand or style recommendation or you decide on a different color or fabric.

If we cannot find a suitable exchange in the online store please note that at your discretion a wardrobe consultant can assist you with other items available only in our brick and mortar stores.

If the requested exchange item is not available, the original credit card used will be credited.

You may use the return shipper of your choice.

We are pleased to offer you an exchange with no restocking fee!

Barry’s will cover the cost of your exchange shipping, thus sending out your new exchange for free!

Barry’s regrets that due to the low markup on our products we are not able to pay for your return shipping expenses.

How to Return

There are two ways to return an item you have purchased online:

Return to Barry Store or By mail.

Please use you original shipping box if possible. Securely pack your merchandise and send, using a traceable shipping method, to the address below.

Returns and Exchanges By mail
When making a return by mail, please include our original purchase receipt emailed to you, and indicate the reasons for return.If you cannot locate this email receipt, email us at service@barrysmenswear.com with as much information as possible including your name, purchase date, and product details including description ,label and size and total paid. We will email you back your receipt to send with the return.

In order to prepare us properly for your return shipment, please forward that same Original purchase email receipt back to us at service@barrysmenswear.com and indicate your preference for a refund or if you prefer and exchange please email us at advise@barrysmenswear.com and detail what you would like for an exchange and an experienced wardrobe consultant will contact you to assist you with your exchange selection.

Barry’s Menswear reserves the right to limit or refuse returns without a receipt, or excessive returns, excessive total dollar amounts, or returns to multiple locations other restrictions may apply to special sales.
